QUOTATION
Once the measurements, components and needs of the product are clarified with our client, we proceed to send the quotation of the mold and price per piece to our client as well as the quotation of the samples that we will make in CNC to show in the most real and authentic way how the final product will remain. Once the offer is accepted, we proceed to manufacture the samples, the manufacturing period is generally 15 days, once finished, they will be sent and once received, the client gives us their acceptance or if any modifications must be made before carry out mold production. MOLD PRODUCTION
Once the samples are accepted, if there is any modification, the client comments and sends the modification in a file in solidedge, solidworks, autocad, etc. format and we proceed to the manufacture of the mold, which generally takes a period of seven weeks. Once finished, we proceed to the manufacture of two or three pieces, assembly them and we send it to the client for acceptance. PIECES PRODUCTION
